Our Story
Better Take Care was founded in 2018 with a clear purpose: to deliver disability support services that truly put people first. What began as a small, passionate team in Brisbane has grown into a registered NDIS provider serving communities across Queensland and New South Wales. Every step of our journey has been shaped by the participants we support — their goals, their resilience, and their feedback. Today, we remain committed to the same principle we started with: providing individualised, person-centred support that reflects your goals, lifestyle and cultural needs.

Founded in Brisbane
Better Take Care began as a small, passionate team providing daily living support to local NDIS participants in Brisbane.
NDIS Registration Achieved
Officially registered as an NDIS provider, allowing us to deliver funded supports and work directly with participant plans.
Expanded to Gold Coast & Logan
Grew our team and opened support services in the Gold Coast and Logan regions to meet growing demand in South-East Queensland.
Added Support Coordination
Launched our Support Coordination service to help participants navigate their NDIS plans and connect with the right providers.
Entered New South Wales
Expanded interstate to Sydney, bringing our participant-first approach to communities in New South Wales.
Launched Capacity Building Programs
Introduced structured capacity building and employment support programs with dedicated Exercise Physiologists and skills coaches.
25+ Support Workers
Grew our dedicated support team to over 25 trained professionals delivering quality care across Queensland and New South Wales.
